Return to Radiance – A retreat with Julie Martin over Ascension Day

May 13–17, 2026 | Wednesday to Sunday

Lenk Lodge, Bernese Alps, Switzerland

A four days immersion to awaken joy, ignite curiosity, and reconnect with the radiance that lives within you.

Join senior teacher Julie Martin in this rejuvenating retreat designed to help you shed the weight of rigidity and expectation — and rediscover the spark of playful embodiment. Through a nourishing blend of embodied yoga, intuitive movement, meditation, and journaling, you’ll explore how to come home to yourself in a way that feels expressive, empowered, and uniquely yours.

We’ll explore:

  • Embodied movement practices that restore ease, rhythm, and fluidity.

  • Meditation and breathwork to ground, regulate, and reconnect.

  • Tools to release rigid “shoulds” and reclaim intuitive, joyful movement.

  • Mind–body practices that strengthen emotional resilience and inner clarity.

  • Journaling and reflection to support insight, integration, and personal growth.

Whether you're new to this approach or a returning student, this retreat is a beautiful reset — a chance to listen deeply, move intuitively, and return to your own vibrant essence. All you need is yourself, a journal and curiosity to take a beautiful journey with a wonderful group of like-minded people.

This retreat takes place at the beautiful Lenk Lodge, nestled in the alpine village of Lenk im Simmental, which offers a peaceful and stylish setting for our retreat. With cozy, Nordic-inspired interiors, fresh mountain air, and nourishing vegetarian meals, the space gently supports the inner work we’ll be doing — without distraction, and with plenty of care.

The classes will be held in English.
